Here’s a SUPER SIMPLE, yet incredibly tasty coleslaw recipe that is crunchy and light (no mayo) and goes well with any BBQ on a hot/warm summer day. This can be served strictly as a side or piled high on some epic pulled pork sandwiches. Thanks Laura for sharing! 🙂
3/4 cup oil
5 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
Ramen noodle seasoning
Whisk together and set aside.
4 packs of Ramen noodles (break up noodles into small bits)
2 mixed coleslaw bags
Scallions (add as much as you like)
Toasted slivered almonds and/or sesame seeds (add as much as you like)
Add the dressing to the dry ingredients and toss right before serving. Enjoy!
