This week’s installment of our Leftover Mondays series features Homemade BBQ Pulled Pork Cuban Sandwiches. This is another quick and easy recipe and the results are super good and sure to be a family favorite! Here’s all ya have to do:
- Heat up some of your leftover pulled pork (see my video here of how I vacuum-seal pulled pork)
- Build your sandwich out with pulled pork, ham (I like to use the sweet ham from our local Publix deli), Swiss cheese, pickles, BBQ sauce of your choice and a little mayo/mustard
- Pour a little olive oil in a skillet and get it heated up to about medium
- Using a grill press, press each side for about 1 1/2 – 2 minutes per side until you have a nice toasty, light brown finish.
